Glenn is a seasoned CEO with expertise in both Francophone and Anglophone media in Canada (Groupe Média TFO, Global Québec, Canadian Association of Broadcasters). He has successfully led major corporate transformations and driven digital innovation. He is a member of the Barreau du Québec, the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Order of Canada.

Glenn is married to Terry Kirk – a lawyer, entrepreneur and author. Together, they have two daughters and two granddaughters.

Originally from Saint-Malachie, Quebec, Glenn is bilingual and bicultural. He recently completed his terms as Chair of the Ontario Energy Board’s Governance Council and as a board member of Le Devoir newspaper. He has also served on various other private and public corporate boards.

Following his arts studies at St. Francis Xavier University, he pursued economics and law at Laval University. He later earned certifications in revenue growth from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, corporate governance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and data science from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

In addition to his background as a lawyer specializing in communications law, a senior executive, a people mobilizer and a consensus builder, he has gained experience in the international sector through mergers and acquisitions projects and as a governing board member of Médias Francophones Publics, an association of fourteen public broadcasters. Glenn is proud to be your Liberal candidate in Bellechasse–Les Etchemins–Lévis and looks forward to representing you in Ottawa.
